Things I've done for: FreshBooks

FreshBooks is a leader in online invoicing with whom I had the great opportunity to collaborate on a number of very interesting projects. Being very strong on measuring success, this client in the beginning asked for a quantitative usability benchmark study. For this piece I planned, facilitated and reported on a user study of the most common tasks which required testing. This project then quickly evolved into doing numerous interface explorations for a variety of projects on both the web site and application side. The interactive sketching approach and its delivery of a multitude or range of concepts, clearly fit in with the client's culture of A/B testing. As these concepts matured with waves of feedback and revisions, they were solidified with visual design mockups and interactive prototypes as required.

Jakub did a great job as an Interaction Designer at FreshBooks! He came in, and was able to quickly execute a series of usability tests for us that were of very high quality. His ability to recruit participants was excellent, as well as his capabilities doing analysis of the results. He also brought his passion for sketching and wireframing to bear on several new designs for our product, and was able to convert selected designs all the way to delivery of a high-fidelity prototype. Overall, we really appreciated the time Jakub spent with us at FreshBooks, and he was an inspiration to our design and development team in many ways. Thanks again Jakub for doing such an awesome job!
